BuyDBestApp Internal End-User License Agreement
Effective October 25, 2026.
1. Operator and permitted users
This agreement governs internal use of BuyDBestApp, also called BuyDBest Reconciliation Desk, operated by BuyDBest (BuyDBest). Access is limited to personnel authorized by BuyDBest to work on BuyDBest's own accounting records. A buydbest.com identity is required, but does not by itself authorize access to any particular financial connection.
2. Internal-use permission
BuyDBest grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the app for assigned BuyDBest accounting duties while authorized. No right is granted to resell, distribute, sublicense, operate a service for unrelated businesses, or use third-party financial accounts without permission. BuyDBest and its licensors retain their respective rights in the software. Company accounting records remain company records, subject to applicable third-party rights.
3. User responsibilities
Use only accounts and records you are authorized to access. Protect your Google Workspace account, comply with company security policies, promptly report suspected misuse, and do not disclose tokens or credentials. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with operation, upload unlawful data, or use the app to access another person's workspace. Third-party service use remains subject to the applicable Google, cloud hosting, Plaid and Intuit agreements; this agreement does not replace them or grant rights under them.
4. Accounting workflow and authorization
The app compares selected bank and credit card transactions with posted QuickBooks ledger records. Users must verify account mappings, transaction periods, categories and proposed matches before relying on results. Schedules default off and posting defaults to review-only. Selecting approved-entry mode and saving rules authorizes subsequent bookkeeping within those settings; users must disable schedules or posting when that authority ends.
Approved runs may create journal entries in QuickBooks. Payments, transfers, ambiguous matches and uncertain write outcomes require review. Users must coordinate with other imports and QuickBooks bank rules to prevent duplicate entries. The app does not initiate payments or transfers. A match or worksheet result is not a completed bank-statement reconciliation, an audit opinion, or a certification that the books are correct. Complete formal statement reconciliation in QuickBooks using actual statements.
5. Data use
Data is processed as described in the approved BuyDBestApp Privacy Policy. Users must have authority to connect the relevant BuyDBest accounts and process any personal information contained in their records. The app may retain run history and posting identifiers after a connection is revoked to support accounting review and duplicate prevention.
6. Availability and limitations
The app depends on cloud hosting, Google, Plaid, Intuit and financial institutions. Data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable; matching and classification may be incorrect. BuyDBest may maintain, modify or suspend the app and access as operational needs require. No uninterrupted availability, error-free result or recovery time is promised by this internal-use permission. Users must independently review material bookkeeping decisions and preserve company records through approved procedures.
7. Access termination
BuyDBest may revoke access when duties change, employment ends, security concerns arise, or these conditions are breached. Users must stop use when authority ends. Revoking app or provider access does not automatically reverse QuickBooks entries or delete retained records; an authorized administrator must coordinate any accounting correction or deletion.
8. Scope and applicable obligations
This internal-use agreement does not override applicable law, employment rights, company policies or binding third-party terms. It does not require users to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Any governing-law or dispute provisions must be selected by BuyDBest before publication if needed.
9. Changes and questions
